Best Infrastructure Developers LLC (BIS) was established in 2009 with the objective of meeting the ever-growing construction needs of Oman — covering roads, highways, bridges, dams, tunnels, airports, harbours, and railways.

Over the years, BIS has diversified into post-tensioned concrete, structural strengthening and retrofitting, foundation engineering, interior decoration, IT services, solar systems, and more — making it one of Oman's most versatile infrastructure contractors.

Headed by Chairman Mr. Ahmed Ali Mohamed Al Araimi, BIS holds an Excellent Grade with the Tender Board of Oman and operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
